Organization
Our project managers are organized and can effectively manage projects from the ground up. Management of manpower, subcontractors, and equipment/material delivery is performed with the utmost attention to detail. We are known for our ability to coordinate our work with other trades while keeping the project on schedule from the submittal proccess to closeout.
Field management
Central kentucky Sheet Metal prides itself in having the right people, with the necessary skills for field management. Licensed Foremen and project managers together with our motivated crews are always ready to take ownership of the project.
